X3 was founded in 2015 with a simple goal: to do construction staffing differently. Headquartered in West Jordan, Utah, the company has grown across Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas, with a nationwide reach through its National Division.

X3 recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, having supported more than 7,000 construction projects over that time and deploying over 1,200 skilled tradespeople each year.

Unlike traditional staffing firms, X3 employs its Talent full-time and offers benefits previously unheard of in the industry, including PTO and holiday pay. The result is a more reliable workforce for contractors and stronger long-term opportunities for skilled tradespeople.
