Talent Benefit Announcement
We love our veterans, especially those we are blessed to work with here at X3.
Earlier this year, we decided we wanted to take greater action on our words.
We’re happy to announce the new Veterans Day Holiday Benefit for X3 talent.
This year, and every year, all active duty or retired veterans that work at X3 will receive a paid holiday benefit for Veterans Day.
About Veterans Day
Veterans Day was first celebrated on November 11, 1919, by President Woodrow Wilson a year after the end of World War I. President Wilson proclaimed it the first Armistice Day. This holiday is observed on November 11 because World War I ended in the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918. Later, it changed to Veterans Day in 1954.
The purpose of Armistice Day, or Veterans Day is to honor the fallen soldiers of the Great War but also thank and honor ALL those who currently served or previously served honorably in the military – in wartime or peacetime.
Holiday Pay Requirements
If you are an active employee of X3 AND active duty or a retired veteran, you need to submit proof of service to an X3 talent advisor. Submit a photo to: support@x3tradesmen.com or call/text your local office number. You can find those numbers on our contact us page.
This new holiday benefit brings our total of paid holidays to seven each calendar year. Along with the benefit of paid holidays, we also offer health, dental and vision insurance, matching 401(k) retirement plans, PTO, generous referral bonuses, and tuition reimbursement.
To all active duty and retired veterans, we offer our sincere thanks and appreciation for your service.
