We emphasize education, training, and personal accountability, equipping our team with the knowledge and tools to work safely. Every tradesman is reminded that they are the “Key to Safety.” To reinforce this, X3 has implemented a mandatory “Keep It On You” program. Each tradesman receives a physical key engraved with the “Key to Safety” message — a constant reminder that safety is a conscious choice made daily.

Another cornerstone of our culture is the 30:30:30 policy: every 30 minutes, take 30 seconds to scan 30 feet in all directions. This habit helps identify hazards, adjust to changing conditions, and maintain a proactive mindset where safety always comes first.
