We’re actively hiring skilled plumbers in Utah to work on a variety of projects.

Job Flexibility: We work with you! You have more say on the companies you work with, project locations, and the types of projects you work on.
Project Styles: Multi-million dollar Commercial, Multi-family, or Industrial projects. Let us know what you want you want to build!
Job Duration: Most projects range from 6 weeks to 2 years, but we’ll find you a project that is best for your lifestyle and your career goals. Psst, we don’t do short-term projects very often.
Locations: We currently have projects all over Utah (including Northern & Southern Utah). We try to keep you as close to home as possible but with plenty of variety and those amazing Utah views.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in commercial construction. More experience = more pay.
  • Must be a resident of the United States
  • Must provide your own tools and transportation

We can keep you working full-time, but with the flexibility to choose projects you want to work on. That’s because we are not another temp agency and you will not be treated like a temp worker. We strive to get our tradesmen on projects that are long-term. We want you to build a career here and that isn’t possible if jobs only last 1-2 weeks at a time.

X3 partners with companies on commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects. We do not work with residential project owners. Examples of projects you could work on include industrial facilities, multi-family housing, hospitals, schools, warehouses, government buildings, religious structures, and much more.
