Mental Health Matters
Your safety includes your mental health, and X3 is here to support you
X3 is committed to the safety and well-being of every worker, not just on the jobsite but as a whole person. Mental health is a critical part of staying safe, staying connected, and staying supported, especially in the construction industry.
We want every member of our Talent community to know they are not alone and that help is always within reach.

Why Mental Health is a Safety Issue
Tradesmen build the roads, homes, offices, bridges, and places where communities gather. But while creating those spaces for others, many workers quietly struggle to find the same kind of support and sense of community for themselves. When mental strain goes unnoticed, it can affect focus, judgment, and safety on the jobsite.
Long hours, physical demands, seasonal pressures, and a culture of “toughing it out” make mental health a critical safety issue in the industry.

A healthy mind is just as important as a safe worksite. Both deserve attention every day.

How X3 Supports Mental Well-Being
