All X3 Talent are automatically enrolled in Talent PerX.

Your rank is based entirely on your accumulated X3 Life Hours.

Do My Life Hours Ever Expire?

No. X3 Life Hours never expire.

If you step away and return later, your Life Hours and PerX rank will be waiting for you. You pick up right where you left off.

This means your time with X3 always matters, even if life or work takes you elsewhere for a while.

Do Hours Worked at Other Companies Count?

No. PerX is based exclusively on hours worked with X3.

This allows us to accurately reward your hours worked with X3 while keeping the program fair and transparent.

Platinum – 2,000-3,999 Life Hours (Approx. 1 Year)
Titanium – 4,000-5,999 Life Hours (Approx. 2 Years)
Diamond – 6,000-7,999 Life Hours (Approx. 3 Years)
Black Diamond – 8,000-9,999 Life Hours (Approx. 4 Years)
Ambassador – 10,000-11,999 Life Hours (Approx. 5 Years)
