Safety Pledge

I pledge to put the SAFETY of myself and others as my highest priority at all times. I understand that I have the authority to STOP WORK if I feel my SAFETY or the SAFETY of others is in concern. I will contact X3 immediately if I am asked to do something unsafe or am witness to an unsafe act.

30-30-30 RULE

X3 created the 30-30-30 Rule as a constant reminder for our tradespeople to check their surroundings and ensure that their work environment is safe.

KEY TO SAFETY

Every X3 tradesperson receives a Key to Safety to keep on their car keys. It serves as a daily reminder that safety is a choice and that the right choice is the safe one every time.

  • Most accidents happen because someone made an unsafe decision.
  • Driving can be the most dangerous part of your day. Keeping the Key to Safety on your car keys reminds you to stay alert. It helps you drive safely, both at work and outside of it.
